Engineered to Open.
Built to Hold.
Sectional dock doors, levelers, and weather seals — specified to the inch, rated to the wind load, ready for the coldest chain you run.
Every component
drawn before it's drilled.
Galvanized Steel Track
Precision-formed, zero-deflection
Cold-rolled 14-gauge galvanized steel track channels, radius-bent to ±0.015″ tolerance. Vertical and horizontal sections bolt together with 3/8″ carriage bolts at 24″ O.C. — no field welding, no shimming.

2″ Insulated Panel
CFC-free polyurethane core
Two-inch thick steel-faced sandwich panels with CFC-free polyurethane foam injected at 2.2 lbs/cu.ft. density. Tongue-and-groove joint seals panel-to-panel gaps to 0.003″ — the difference between R-17.8 and losing your cold chain at 3 AM.

Compression Dock Seal
Cold-chain rated to −40°F
Extruded EPDM foam seal compresses to 4″ minimum against trailer face. Maintains positive contact across ±8″ of lateral trailer wander. Rated to −40°F continuous service — holds your cold chain through a Texas August at the trailer threshold where other seals fail.

SD-Series Sectional Door
The door that earns its spec sheet.
Cold-rolled steel track, 2″ insulated panels, torsion spring counterbalance. Rises in 4 seconds. Rated for 250,000 cycles. Available in 57 standard colors and custom RAL.

DL-400 Hydraulic Leveler
Trailer bed to concrete — zero lip.
Hydraulic actuated dock leveler with 20,000 lb. capacity. 6″ above / 12″ below dock range. Automatic lip extension holds contact across full range of trailer heights.

CS-200 Compression Seal
Cold chain doesn't negotiate.
EPDM foam compression seal rated to −40°F. 4″ minimum compression. Accommodates ±8″ lateral trailer wander. Maintains positive contact across the full trailer height range.
The numbers come from
people with deadlines.
We spec'd forty bays on the new Laredo distribution center. Dock came back with submittals in 36 hours, stamped and ready for the city. No other manufacturer even came close on turnaround.

Third door we had hit by a forklift in two years. Called Dock at 6 AM on a Tuesday. Field measurement by noon, new door on order same day. Back in operation Wednesday morning. That's what cold chain needs.

The CS-200 seals hold −20°F inside with Texas August outside. That's a 140-degree delta across a rubber gasket. We've run them two years without a single seal failure.
